The Series 1 White Lotus theme music was created by Chilean-Canadian film composer, Cristobal Tapia de Veer. The soundtrack features various instruments, including a South American string instrument called the charango, drums, piano and percussive elements. Cristobal also combined tribal chants and bird sounds to convey the exotic, unsettling atmosphere of the island resort.
