Getting started with scientific music for wellness
World Mental Health Day provides an opportunity for people worldwide to reflect on, discuss, and destigmatize conversations about mental health and well-being.
We are committed to helping people cope with stress, sleep, and function productively through the power of music.
In collaboration with neuroscientist, Dr Julia Jones, we've pioneered a new genre of wellness music, MusicHacks. Scientifically composed to sync with your parasympathetic nervous system, our tracks reduce stress, enhance relaxation, boost concentration, and improve sleep.
This innovative collection spans genres including pop, reggaeton, country, electronica, and commercial rock. It is tailored for use across diverse industries such as healthcare, wellness, sports, education and travel.
The therapeutic influence of music
Our unique mental well-being tool available in all genres, enables listeners to synchronize their breathing with the rhythm of different tracks under the guidance of Neuroscientist Dr Julia Jones. By extending exhales and breathing at a rate of 6 breaths per minute, listeners can enhance their mood, reduce stress, improve sleep quality and influence their overall brain function.
Tune in and relax
