Wassowskiego 17/1 entered into the National Court Register kept by the District Court Gdańsk-Północ in Gdańsk, the 7th Commercial Division under KRS number 0000077972 with the share capital of PLN 50 000,00, REGON: 010965103, NIP: 5241018659, Management Board: Ewa Zając – President of the Management Board, hereinafter referred to as Universal Music Publishing / Paris Music.
Users' privacy is extremely important to Universal Music Publishing / Paris Music. The aim of Universal Music Publishing / Paris Music is to provide users with privacy protection at a level corresponding to the standards set forth in the Personal Data Protection Act of 29 August 1997 and the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means of 18 July 2002. The user may view, change, modify or request to stop processing its personal data.
Personal data submitted by users are carefully protected by the Administrator of the Website by applying state-of-the-art security and technical measures. These measures are intended to protect in particular the data under the control of the Website against its loss, and misuse by unauthorised third parties.

This notice discloses the online data collection and use practices of the Website . You will signify your acceptance of this privacy policy when you licence rights to use production music placed on the Website.
This policy may be modified, altered or otherwise updated at any time. Any changes will indicated by updating the date at the top of the policy. You are encouraged to review this policy from time to time. Your continued licensing of our production music following the posting of changes to this policy will mean you accept those changes.
1. PRIVACY PRACTICES AND POLICIES & OUR USE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
Your e-mail address and other personally identifying data will be known to Universal Music Publishing / Paris Music only when you voluntarily submit such information to the Website. We may use this personal information to contact you if we change our services or terms or if we need to give you notice under those terms.
The information about your licensing of our production music may be used to send you information that we believe may be of interest to you, such as information about music or products or services offered by Universal Music Publishing / Paris Music or its affiliates. However, no one will send that information to you unless you opt-in to receive it at the time you register.
If you decide at any time in the future that you wish to begin receiving such information (if you previously opted-out) or that you wish to cease receiving such information (if you previously opted-in), you may change your preferences at any time by changing your status in the 'My Account' pages on the website.

When you use the Site or contact us by e-mail, social media, SMS, telephone, or other methods, we may collect and process the following data about you:

We may make use of the personal data we have collected from you to enable us to comply with our advertisers' wishes by displaying their advertisement to that target audience;
