License Application

You can download our license application form as PDF here and fill it out digitally. Once you have signed it just send a scan via e-mail or fax to our staff to request a license for your media production.

Do you need our labelcode to register your production with your collecting society? We will keep this list up to date as a reference for you.
GENERAL INFORMATION
To be able to use our tracks in your media production, you acquire a simple right of use (synchronization right) from us. In general, the right to synchronize is calculated according to our price list and reported to us by license application for every production. Afterwards you will receive a confirmation of the registration and a corresponding invoice.
We would like to inform you that our music is subject to a royalties charge by the corresponding collecting society. Royalties, which are exercised by the GEMA, AKM/AUME or SUISA are not included in our licensing fee.

Flat-rate contracts
Are you doing the same kind of media production repeatedly? You might want to consider a flat-rate contract with us. You can acquire the synchronization rights for a certain amount of productions on a yearly basis or as a pre-determined allotment of projects payable in a flat rate. This kind of deal makes sense for e.g. radio advertisements, YouTube channels or websites with many short clips. Just get in touch with our staff and we will make you a fitting offer for your needs.
TV Service Productions
The usage of our music in TV service productions is generally covered by contracts between the TV stations and the collecting societies (e.g. GEMA, GVL). Therefore, you do not need to acquire the synchronizations rights for your project. You are, however, required to report all relevant copyright information of the music you used to the TV station via some form of music list. Please note that TV advertisements, co-productions and independent TV productions are generally not TV service productions and always require the purchase of a license.
